Your coaching style sets the shortlist: a staff put together to suit how you make decisions, each with suggested influence points. Hire them as they stand, or add, release and re-weight whose voice carries – then keep changing it whenever you want across the season.

3. Walk in, run the season together

Your profile is waiting and your staff are hired. From then on you ask any of them for their read, argue it out when it matters, and pull up the numbers behind it – xG, minutes, price pressure, what your rivals own.
